3. Client Responsibilities

• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule

• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

Project timelines are estimates based on the scope of work and client responsiveness. Delays may occur due to:

• Changes in project scope or requirements
• Delayed feedback or approvals from the client
• Technical challenges or third-party dependencies
• Force majeure events beyond our control

7. Limitation of Liability

TrendWorld Marketing's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Issues arising from third-party services or components
• Damages resulting from client's misuse of delivered services

8. Warranty and Support

We provide:

• 30-day warranty on delivered work for bug fixes and minor adjustments
• Technical support as outlined in individual service agreements
• Maintenance services available under separate agreements
• No warranty on third-party components beyond their original warranties

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• Client is responsible for payment of work completed to date
• TrendWorld Marketing will deliver completed work upon payment
• Confidentiality obligations continue beyond termination
• Both parties will return or destroy confidential information as requested

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action.
